Choosing a New String Trimmer
When it comes to gardening and taking care of your yard, one of the tools you will definitely require is a weed trimmer of some kind. If you have been using an electric trimmer for any length of time, I’m sure you can relate well to how dysfunctional it can be at times. Especially if you have lots of trees and bushes in your yard. It’s actually quite a pain and after many years of using an electric version, I have decided to look at something different. Of course, part of the reason for that, is because my old one finally broke down after many years of usage.
OK, you decided that you had enough with the electric weed trimmer and are looking for some options. As far as options, you can buy a gas powered, electric or something that I’m definitely going to get, is a battery or cordless string trimmer. You see, I’m tired of the power cord and the limitations it has.
During my research, I have realized that its important to consider how big your yard actually is. You see, if you live on an acreage, buying a product with limited battery use is not going to be a good solution. In that case, you will need to look at gas powered versions for the best bang for your dollar. If you have an average yard, an electric or cordless version will certainly do.
